DIRECTIONS :
00.0 – With the Compostela waymark behind you, walk straight ahead along Allée de l'Abbaye to get to the D 786 in the direction of Paimpol ; turn right and cross the road using the pedestrian crossing. Take an immediate left (Chemin de Kreiz Brug) and follow the trail ‘Circuit de Beauport’ straight ahead along a concrete lane at its very beginning, and which borders a little stream on the right. (Don’t take the tarmac path on the left) After crossing the stream the first time, take the path to the left. Again cross the stream, go right and uphill to the left then right in the direction of an asphalt road which you cross over to go straight ahead. Arriving at another asphalt road (2km) (take care here) go opposite as far as a dangerous descent.
After the descent (3km) take a path to the left (muddy) as far as a crossing of paths (leave the Circuit de Beauport which continues to the left) and take a right to cross the stream via the little bridge then continue straight ahead, then to the right, keeping the stream on your right. At the crossing, take a path on the left which goes up into the woods as far as the area of Lan Rosten.
Go to the right, then take the first on the left at the gable of a small house. Continue straight ahead. The asphalt road becomes a path. After 50m, leave the path and take a forestry track on the left. Head straight ahead into a pine woods as far as a tarmac road (Barafot).
Take a farm track opposite. Keep going and cross another road. Continue and at the end of the track, take a right onto an asphalt road then, shortly, another right as far as the D 77, at the area of Keraman. At the stop sign, take a right then very soon a left onto the V 4 in the direction of ...
1h35 06.5 – ... La Madeleine. In this hamlet, at the stop-sign, go to the right and pass by the houses. At the first junction of Groas-Bré, turn right as far as the area of Pont-Cadiou. Take the cul-de-sac on the left (voie sans issue). The road becomes a path which heads in the direction of the château de Roscoat, which you go round by the southern side. At the castle entrance, go left in the direction of Quistillic.
At the first intersection, take a right, and shortly another right as far as the stop-sign at the D 791. Continue straight ahead then go under the bridge as far as the old D 7. Cross this road and head down the old departmental road on the left side, then quickly take a path on your right and go down as far as a farm track. Leave the temple and church on your right, cross the D 21 to go straight ahead in the direction of the areas of Cam and Tossen while following the GR34A, Continue to a bridge spanning a small water course; here take a right and go up as far as the D 96. 3h30 14.4 – ... The chapel of Saint-Jacques de Tréméven. In the village, go down right, and take on your left a PR® (local waymarked trail) in the direction of the area of Traou-Hervé ; go up again to the D 96. Go right, and walk as far as the small hamlet. After the first house, take a pedestrian path on the right. At the far end of the field, take a horse-trail on the left which overlooks the Coat-Men quarries.
Back on a tarmac road, take a right. Leave to your right the road towards the quarry and head towards a junction (patte d'oie – goose-foot, i.e.one road going into 3 forks) ; go to the right. Walk about 600m and bend to the right via a dirt path below the road. Cross the D 6 and take a road which is opposite and slightly to the left heading for the water treatment plant of Traou Goaziou.
